Årsstämman är Impact Coatings högsta beslutande organ där aktieägarna utövar sitt inflytande på bolaget. Extra bolagsstämma kan också hållas när det är påkallat. Kallelse till bolagsstämmor offentliggörs genom annonsering i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar och genom att kallelsen hålls tillgänglig på bolagets webbplats, i enlighet med Bolagsordningen.

Mot bakgrund av den extraordinära situation som rådde till följd av covid-19 hölls stämman på ett annat sätt än vanligt. För att minska risken för smittspridning och med hänsyn till myndigheternas föreskrifter och råd om undvikande av sammankomster genomfördes stämman, med stöd av tillfälliga lagregler, genom förhandsröstning (poströstning). Någon stämma med möjlighet att närvara personligen eller genom ombud ägde inte rum.
