Coating Services

In our Coating Service Centers, we support partners and customers around the globe with high quality coatings, technology verification and process development. Take advantage of fast access to samples, fine tuning of product specific coating properties and functions, or produce small-to-mid volumes with our coating services teams.

PVD Systems

To set up new, or scale existing in-house coating production, you can buy or lease Impact Coatings PVD systems configured and optimized for your production needs. If you have tested and verified the technology already with our Coating Services, you can feel confident your PVD system investment provides verified configuration and coating processes that ensure stable performance in production.

Managed Services

To further accelerate time to market for your products, Impact Coatings’ extended operations team can operate your coating system in your facility, or at a third parties’ premises. We call this Managed Services.

Managed Services is offered as a startup service or as an ongoing service, e.g. if you are not planning on building your own PVD coating organization but focus on your core competences. It can also function as an accelerated onboarding of your personnel with excellent quality control during a specified startup period paired with a training program.
